Corporate Lawyer: Counsel-as-a-Service Division

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Contract Review
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, supply agreements, and licensing contracts, on behalf of third-party clients.
- Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to clients on contractual risks, compliance, and related legal matters.
Client Support
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to corporate clients, understanding their business needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and delivering excellent client service.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow the "Counsel-as-a-Service" offering by building and maintaining client relationships.
- Work with the leadership team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance service visibility and generate leads.
Function Development
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the delivery of outsourced legal services.
- Provide feedback and insights to develop training programs for junior legal staff as the division scales.

Experience working with or advising corporate clients in a range of industries.
Prior exposure to or interest in outsourced legal services models.
Experience in developing or scaling a legal function or business line is a plus.

3–4 years PQE with a strong focus on corporate contracts and commercial transactions, ideally gained at a top-tier international law firm.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end contract reviews and negotiations with minimal supervision.
Strong business acumen and an interest in business development and relationship management.
Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to balance legal considerations with business priorities to deliver practical and strategic solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
