Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents
- Prepare daily cash position reports and reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger and other related records
- Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups
- Prepare forms for government remittances and pay to SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, etc.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
General Support Functions
- Handle tasks related to obtaining and maintaining proper legal status for employees,volunteers and consultants
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Facilitate medical insurance applications and claims for all staff members
Support HR functions

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy or related course
- At least 2 years experience in management of administrative and related requirements
- At least 2 years experience in bookkeeping service
- Knowledgeable in computerized accounting
- Knowledgeable in SEC, BIR, payroll preparation, SSS, HDMF and Philhealthcompliance/government requirements
- Experience in monitoring the use of the equipment and facilities of the Company
- Experience in providing day-to-day and/or project-based assistance to the Managementand Administrative team
- Highly resourceful, independent, and self-starting
- Suited to work in a fluid startup environment in the Philippines
